8baji's Complete Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 8baji platform and all associated services. By accessing this site, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

8baji is an online gaming platform that provides various games and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. Where these Terms exist in both Bengali and English, the Bengali version shall apply.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

• Never share your account details with any third party.

• 8baji will not be responsible for any loss resulting from a weak password or lack of security on your part.
• To change any registered account information, contact the support team.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 8baji is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits must only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Using a third-party payment method may result in the transaction being cancelled.
• Keep the transaction ID as proof of your deposit.
• If a technical error occurs during deposit processing, notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

8baji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. On a deposit of ৳22,000, the bonus reaches the maximum limit of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers. Note that the wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms — read the conditions before accepting an offer.
• A bonus may only be usable on certain games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected for any reason, 8baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier.

All bet processing at 8baji is conducted on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer process.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the result of that round may be voided.
• Betting limits may apply to certain games — bets cannot be placed beyond those limits.
• Market information in sports betting is kept up to date — check the latest odds before placing a bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8baji platform. If such activity is found, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Fraud, collusion, or any form of game manipulation.
• Use of software bots, automated scripts, or any means of gaining an artificial advantage.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities on the site to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or abusing other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

11.1 Closure by 8baji

8baji may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration based on false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Before closing, please fulfill any pending bonus conditions and withdraw your available balance. Contact the support team to close your account.
